At Fantasia Haircare Industries, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
